However, cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty floors and bugs in corners. Additionally, the pool experience was frustrating due to the lack of towels and poor communication from staff, which detracted from our overall enjoyment.

Had an amazing stay with friends! We enjoyed visiting the nearby Birmingham Zoo and the Vulcan Center Museum. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities made for a great experience. Even while experiencing renovations, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. The breakfast included a variety of hot items such as eggs and sausage, along with fresh pastries and coffee, all well-stocked and maintained by friendly staff who were attentive and welcoming.
